Meet the Team

Ed was appointed CEO at Calleva in 2020 having worked previously across commercial, technical and operational functions within the business. Ed’s background in Sports, both academically and as a successful competitor in amateur rugby, triathlon & cycling has helped shape Calleva into what it is today. When not in the office, Ed can be found watching Somerset play Cricket or walking his Labrador on the Quantock Hills.

Tash has been a key part of Calleva for longer than she’d like us to mention. Having joined the company straight from College she has turned her hand to most roles within the business and has a true understanding of what our customers need and expect. When not getting stuck into the nitty gritty at Calleva HQ, Tash has a love of Country music and is a long suffering Tottenham Hotspur fan.

Megan is a qualified food scientist with a strong technical foundation in ingredient functionality and a commercially minded approach. She collaborates closely with R&D, purchasing and technical teams to provide support and ensure alignment from concept through to launch.

Outside of work, Megan is a keen outdoor enthusiast, happiest hiking, camping or in the ocean.

Andy joined Calleva in January 2023 as COO, he has a passion for all things to support the continued growth, customer experience and success at Calleva. Andy is a keen runner, a Manchester United supporter, and a proud Labrador dad of Larkin.

Kaite’s NPD expertise bridges the gap between cutting edge technology and real-world application. With a BSc (Hons) in Food Manufacturing and industry experience, she drives innovation, creating products that enhance athletic performance and promote health and well-being. When she’s not in the lab, you’ll often find her enjoying the trails on her mountain bike or exploring the wilderness - passions that fuel her drive for performance and endurance.

Mike has been an integral part of the Calleva team since joining us in 2017. Having spent his whole career in the Print and Packaging Industry he has an extensive knowledge of all the print processes we utilise, including colour management, substrates and the technical capabilities. Outside of Calleva Mike is Coach of a local youth side and enjoys a game of golf, not so much searching for misplaced golf balls we’re told as its lost time at the 19th!

Chantelle joined Calleva in Jan 24 as HR Manager. She brings with her a wealth of HR experience & knowledge from many different industries including finance and the charity sector. Chantelle loves to focus on engaging our teams, bringing visions to life, and helping develop talent. Chantelle can often be found loitering around any treats brought into the office and will never say no to chocolate!

Anthony brings over 20 years of experience in production and operations to the team and has been with Calleva since 2017. His strong leadership and problem-solving skills have been instrumental in delivering successful projects. He is NEBOSH and IOSH certified, demonstrating a commitment to health and safety. When not driving business results, Anthony enjoys the thrill of tennis and is a passionate supporter of Welsh rugby.

Steph joined the Calleva Team in 2023 and manages Production Planning, Purchasing and ERP Projects helping the factory run smoothly and improving business processes. Outside of work Steph is normally watching rugby or netball or is practising Krav Maga for fun.

Lauren is qualified accountant who prides herself on engaging with employees at all levels and supporting the development of financial knowledge across the business.  She loves working closely with colleagues across the business, helping build their confidence around the numbers and showing how finance supports everyday decisions. Outside of work, she's a keen runner, proud Liverpool supporter, and can usually be found out walking her much-loved cockapoo.
